Senior Account Manager

​The Role:

  • This is a Senior Account Manager role

  • This is a post sales role and a quota carrying role

  • You will be responsible for onboarding, add-ons, upsells, growth and renewals

  • The focus will be on Enterprise accounts – you will manage 5 accounts

  • Typical deal sizes are $180k-$350k ARR and are around 1-3 year deals. The renewal process is typically around 90 days

  • You should be based in the US remotely for this role

The Company:

  • Fast growth SaaS start up in the video space

  • They are Private Equity backed with new investors only recently

  • They have received over $20million in total funding and experienced impressive growth

  • Their headcount has grown from 25 to over 80 in less than a year – this is a mix of acquisition and new hires

  • This is a chance to grow into management and build a team if you are successful

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years experience in a marketing operations role for a B2B SaaS business.

  • Ideally you will have HubSpot experience but Marketo is also fine.

  • You should also have knowledge of Salesforce.

  • Start-up experience will also be required to succeed in the fast paced environment

  • What You’ll Get:
