Leading on design and development of core system architecture
Developing new engine functionality to improve what's possible within the platform
Creating and maintaining new and existing integrations within the engine
Monitoring the performance of the engine to create a reliable experience for their customers
Success in this role will create an impact felt across the entire business, and will directly shape much of the structural and architectural choices of their platform for years to come
The Company:
Seed funded (about to get another round of funding) sales performance management platform
Plan to double the team and revenue as they grow exponentially
Software integrates with over 30 different CRM, VOIP and timesheet systems. Processing upward of 8 million records each day
High seniority position allowing you to grow as the company grow
The Ideal Candidate:
7+ years of programming experience in PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, and any other relevant coding languages.
4+ years experience architecting backend technology on AWS, ideally using CloudFormation or the AWS CDK.
Relevant experience working with server-side technologies and complex subsystems that process large volumes of data.
Experience working with a variety of 3rd party APIs.
Experience building and shipping high quality work and achieving high reliability.
Experience in explaining technical problems and providing detailed feedback and solutions.
Strong communication and logical reasoning skills.
What You’ll Get:
Base salary of £80,000 to £90,000
