Senior Client Success Manager
The Role:
This is a Senior Client Success Manager role for the US team
You should be based in New York or LA from the office when things are back to normal
You will be responsible for the growth of accounts who are looking to grow their international businesses
This will mean your accounts will need to see you as a well trusted and strategic advisor.
You will need a good knowledge of tier 1 brands and ecommerce
You will manage 20-30 accounts which will be around $15 million in size
The CSM’s role is to “make clients sticky”
The Company:
Market leader in the eCommerce SaaS space
The US is their fastest growing market
They’ve even won multiple awards globally
There is equity included in the package
The Ideal Candidate:
3+ years Customer Success experience in SaaS.
Ideally in the ecommerce space.
You should have an analytical and data driven mind
What You’ll Get:
Basic salary: $100,000-$110,000 with a bonus on top
