Senior Client Success Manager

The Role:

  • This is a Senior Client Success Manager role for the US team

  • You should be based in New York or LA from the office when things are back to normal

  • You will be responsible for the growth of accounts who are looking to grow their international businesses

  • This will mean your accounts will need to see you as a well trusted and strategic advisor.

  • You will need a good knowledge of tier 1 brands and ecommerce

  • You will manage 20-30 accounts which will be around $15 million in size

  • The CSM’s role is to “make clients sticky”

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years Customer Success experience in SaaS.

  • Ideally in the ecommerce space.

  • You should have an analytical and data driven mind
