​Senior Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • This role will be managing 5-10 enterprise accounts.

  • You will spend 70-80% of your time focusing on commercial growth and the remaining on operational support.

  • You will also be aligned with an operational CSM and work alongside them to manage the merchants.

  • You will be responsible for retention, upsell and cross-sell into these accounts.

  • This is a strategic account management role, where you will be selling to multiple stakeholders.

  • You will be managing accounts across Europe.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-5 years experience within the Payments space.

  • Must have experience of setting strategy and account planning.

  • Knowledge of merchant acquiring, acquiring gateway and payment optimisation.

  • You will need experience managing existing accounts and driving strategic growth.

  • Additional European language is beneficial.
