Senior Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with enterprise clients - having 3 major key accounts and working with others to ensure they are making the most of the platform

  • This role has developed purely out of growth, the current Senior Manager of Customer Success has is now taking over the US, so this role will be taking over the UK (EMEA & APAC) role

  • As this company is a hyper-growth scale up they are looking for people with leadership potential to grow a team and set best practises for the CS team
