Strategic Account Executive (US Wide)

The Role:

  • This is a 100% new business role

  • You will focus on either the Insurance or Tech verticals

  • There will be some SDR support but you should be comfortable self prospecting

  • Deal sizes in Insurance range from $100k-$500k and in tech range from $50k-$150k

  • Sales cycles are ranging from 3 weeks to 3 months

  • You can be based anywhere in the US remotely for this role

The Company:

  • SaaS start up in the HR/RecTech space

  • They received almost $5m in funding so far

  • This year they plan to grow 5x

  • Early part of the sales team reporting directly to a Cofounder

  • There could be great opportunity to grow in your career if successful

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 years SaaS sales closing.

  • Ideally you will be HR Tech, RecTech or ATS background

  • Ideally you will have sold to Financial Services, Insurance or Tech companies

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic: $75,000-$90,000 with a Double OTE

  • Unlimited PTO, Healthcare, fully remote
