Senior Marketing Leader

The Role:

  • This is an Senior Marketing Leadership position (CMO / SVP Marketing) building and running the marketing department

  • They need someone who can help them with their brand recognition and take it to the next level

  • This person will be a functional leader with a hands on approach leading all marketing efforts in order to create demand for the product. You will also help with the messaging around the product

  • Right now they produce some white papers, attend some small events and have the website but are really looking for someone to help them become a known brand, increase lead generation and conversation, build out demand generation, create webinars and put together their marketing engine

  • You will also be responsible for managing agencies, hiring the team, ensuring the tech stack is in place and implementing the plan. This person should know how they would do it and what they would need to get it done

  • You can be based anywhere in the US for this role

The Company:

  • A Healthcare SaaS startup with no real competitors

  • They are a profitable business with over $50m in revenue already

  • They are likely to hit around $100m this year and have already hit their 2022 stretch goal

  • There is great career development as part of being an early member of the commercial team

  • Over the next 2-3 years they plan to double the headcount

  • This person will build and run the whole marketing team/division as a functional leader

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We need someone who has taken a SaaS start up to a known brand.

  • You should have helped to grow a SaaS company from $50m-$200m in revenue

  • You must have run and managed a hands on marketing department

  • We are looking for someone 10 years+ doing this

  • Basic salary $360,000-$500,000 with a bonus on top
