Senior Marketing Operations Manager US/Global

​The Role

  • This is a Senior Marketing Operations Manager role

  • You should be a Marketo expert for this role and ideally experienced in Salesforce

  • The role will require building out smart target lists, building lead flow process, building nurturing programs and lead scoring

  • You will also project manage the website and understanding if/how it is working as well as running analytics to make decisions on the website

  • This will involve knowing Marketo at the back end and not just being certified

  • Your role will also mean understanding the ROI of the tech they are using, wanting to know what is working and what isn’t and what needs fixing as well as buying any new marketing tech

  • You should be based from Eastern/Central time in the US

The Company

  • A start up in the MarTech space

  • They plan to exit in 18 months to 3 years

  • They grew 50% in 2020 and plan to grow 67% this year

  • They are profitable and have grown organically

  • Equity is included

The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years experience in a marketing ops for a B2B SaaS business.

  • A Marketo expert is essential – you should understand the backend

  • Ideally some Salesforce experience too.
