Senior Revenue Operations Manager/Director

The Role:

  • This is a Senior Manager or Director role for the Revenue Operations team

  • You will lead a team of around 7-9 people focused on Revenue Operations

  • One of the most important parts of the role is dealing with commission strategy and planning

  • You and the team will also focus on revenue plan frameworks, pipeline planning, capacity planning, GTM planning, stakeholder management and internal team management

  • You should be based from home in the US for this role

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have 8-10 years in Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Sales Operations (Sales Ops) role

  • You should also have 3-4 years experience managing a team

  • You should be based remotely in the US
