The Role:
Conducting outbound prospecting activities using phone, email, LinkedIn into cold accounts.
Updating the company’s CRM system and maintaining accurate data.
Qualifying leads and scheduling demos for Account Executives.
Working with marketing and sales teams to come up with effective messaging and campaigns.
Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets which include lead generation, conversion rates and call volume.
Continue to lead about the company’s product and industry trends to communicate value propositions to potential customers.

The Ideal Candidate:
1 - 3 years of proven experience working as an SDR/ BDR
Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
Familiar working with CRM software and sales automation tools
Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
Fluent German speaking and excellent communication skills
What You’ll Get:
Up to €60,000 Basic with €10,000 OTE

3 Stage Interview Process:
1st Interview – Interview on Zoom – 30 minutes (VP Marketing & Inside Sales and HR)
2nd Interview – Interview on Zoom – 1 hour (VP Marketing & Inside Sales)
3rd Interview – Interview Zoom – 1 hour (VP Marketing & CEO)
