The Role:

  • Conducting outbound prospecting activities using phone, email, LinkedIn into cold accounts.

  • Updating the company’s CRM system and maintaining accurate data.

  • Qualifying leads and scheduling demos for Account Executives.

  • Working with marketing and sales teams to come up with effective messaging and campaigns.

  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets which include lead generation, conversion rates and call volume.

  • Continue to lead about the company’s product and industry trends to communicate value propositions to potential customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1 - 3 years of proven experience working as an SDR/ BDR

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Familiar working with CRM software and sales automation tools

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets

  • Fluent German speaking and excellent communication skills

What You’ll Get:

  • Up to €60,000 Basic with €10,000 OTE
