Senior Sales Executive
The Role:
Sales role as the first person on the ground in the US
This will be a hands on sales role targeting new business – this should be net new business
Your job will be to grow out the outbound and inbound sales engine and process
You can be based remote in the US for this role
The Company:
Exciting SaaS startup in the HR/RecTech space who are well back by some large, well known investors
They are a Series A type business with strong backing
With revenues already over $10million, the plan is to triple this by 2023
Equity is included for the right person
This role could even grow into a leadership role if successful
The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years experience as a SaaS sales hunter.
You must be able to self prospect and create a sales process
Ideally this will have been selling HR or RecTech.
Ideally you will also have sold to CIO, CEO or CTOs
This role is based remotely in the US
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: $110,000-$130,000 with a Double OTE
