Senior Sales Executive

The Role:

  • Sales role as the first person on the ground in the US

  • This will be a hands on sales role targeting new business – this should be net new business

  • Your job will be to grow out the outbound and inbound sales engine and process

  • You can be based remote in the US for this role

The Company:

  • Exciting SaaS startup in the HR/RecTech space who are well back by some large, well known investors

  • They are a Series A type business with strong backing

  • With revenues already over $10million, the plan is to triple this by 2023

  • Equity is included for the right person

  • This role could even grow into a leadership role if successful

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years experience as a SaaS sales hunter.

  • You must be able to self prospect and create a sales process

  • Ideally this will have been selling HR or RecTech.

  • Ideally you will also have sold to CIO, CEO or CTOs

  • This role is based remotely in the US

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic Salary: $110,000-$130,000 with a Double OTE
