Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – SaaS – Lyon Area Remote
The Role:
Join a team of 15 people in France, 7 of those are in sales.
This role came about through expansion.
100% new business, pass the accounts to a CSM to manage.
Field sales – travel 1-2 hours within your territory, meet customers f2f (50% of your time roughly)
Leads will be provided from marketing but you are expected to generate some of your own leads too. They are hiring SDRs now too.
Sell the SaaS solution to the public sector & government.
Quota for the first year is €250,000 - €280,000 with an average deal size of €20,000 - €25,000 but can go up to around €100,0000.
Average sales cycle length is 4 months but can be as quick as 2 months.
This is a home-based role within your territory.
You’ll meet the rest of the French team in the Paris office once per month and travel to Germany occasionally for company meetings.
Report into the Sales Director France.
