Senior Sales Manager – SaaS – Lyon Area Remote

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – SaaS – Lyon Area Remote

The Role:

  • Join a team of 15 people in France, 7 of those are in sales.

  • This role came about through expansion.

  • 100% new business, pass the accounts to a CSM to manage.

  • Field sales – travel 1-2 hours within your territory, meet customers f2f (50% of your time roughly)

  • Leads will be provided from marketing but you are expected to generate some of your own leads too. They are hiring SDRs now too.

  • Sell the SaaS solution to the public sector & government.

  • Quota for the first year is €250,000 - €280,000 with an average deal size of €20,000 - €25,000 but can go up to around €100,0000.

  • Average sales cycle length is 4 months but can be as quick as 2 months.

  • This is a home-based role within your territory.

  • You’ll meet the rest of the French team in the Paris office once per month and travel to Germany occasionally for company meetings.

  • Report into the Sales Director France.
