Social Media Manager, UK

The Role:

  • Social Management: As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our brand social channels on Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram including ownership of our social calendar and posting schedule.

  • Community Development: You will develop & manage a new community in our industry. This will involve both digital and physical communities.

  • Tone of Voice: You will be responsible for contributing to the creation of and developing our tone of voice.

  • Content Creation: You will produce high-quality, engaging, original content that can be used cross-platform; work closely with the wider content team to produce high-quality output that resonates with a wider audience and showcases the platform.

  • Campaign Creation: Drive effective and create social campaigns, working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and design.

  • Market Analysis: Analyse social media landscape to supply actionable insight (in real-time) to both the social and greater marketing team with hot topics, breaking news, sentiment/market observations.

  • Reporting: You will report and share how posts are performing. To gain insights on how we can improve, the social media manager will look at results and provide an unbiased view on why certain posts are performing well, or poorly. The output should suggest further creative testing and experimentation and formats that do/don’t work.
