Solutions Architect- UK Remote

The Role

  • This is a newly created role

  • The company is building partnerships with different organisation within the financial services sector.

  • The main responsibilities for the Solutions Architect will be to act the intermediary between the the company's Engineers and the Partner.

  • You will support the sales teams in their sales engagements

  • Liaise with Customer Success to ensure smooth on-boarding of partners

  • Have the ability to engage with customers at all levels of their organization, from technical and marketing operations through to the C-suite.

  • Be the in-house subject matter expert, able to present the product with gravitas and authenticity, and be the go-to person for technical questions from customers

The Company:

  • London based FinTech Start-up who just closed their Series A

  • They have been trading for two years and have acquired 60 customers in that time

  • Their customers are across the globe including  APAC, UK, Europe, they are already targeting North America too

  • 7-figure ARR revenues

  • They broke even in June 2021

  • Aggressive growth plans, looking to build out every team in the company and grow from 18 people to 30 by the end of this year

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong understanding of CRM Systems (Salesforce, Hubspot etc)

  • Ability to connect APIs

  • Good understanding of Data (Deep Data)

  • Technical Skills around Python, SQL, Node, Scrum

What You’ll Get:

  • £70,000 - £80,000 base + bonus on top
