Who we’re looking for:

- You have a bachelor’s Degree and 3 years + experience in enterprise level B2B SaaS

- Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales with a strong preference for a software engineering background.

- A solid and in depth understanding of the enterprise sales process with the ability to carry out extensive commercial and technical discovery meetings and a proven track record of success and overachievement

- Previous experience in a client-facing role, especially dealing with enterprise customers on a commercial level

- Have a combination of strong business acumen and technical capability and experience closing 6 figure deal

- Passionate and confident public speaker that is able to present complex concepts through storytelling to both business and technical audiences, up to C -Level.

- Experience dealing with public APIs and integrations between enterprise products utilizing connectors and middleware for efficient data transfer.

- Have experience defining processes supporting the customers’ journey from the initial contact to a successful launch.

- Prior knowledge of the Employee Communications, HR, Employee Engagement space is preferred but not essential.

- High level of initiative and the ability to work without supervision and to operate in a high-growth, high-velocity organization

- Ability to travel up to 20% (after Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted)

Your responsibilities:

- Working with the global Sales and Customer Success teams to win and renew business from Enterprise brands across a variety of verticals

- Guide our new customers and their tech personnel during implementation and roll-outs

- Translate complex customer requirements into compelling solutions

- Leads technical and business discovery sessions/workshops to gain a comprehensive understanding of the requirements for new Employee Communications solutions integrating with HR systems, Single Sign On, MS Suite, CMS and other relevant systems in the ecosystem

- Develop highly customized presentations, demonstrations to prove the solution’s business value by aligning the platform to prospect/client goals and challenges

- Create, define and implement the best in class Solution consulting process that can then be scaled across the organisation – including framework, presentations, SoW’s, employee journeys, ROI calculators

- Complete and formulate responses to RFP/RFI’s and co-ordinate with internal teams on advanced topics

- Be able be the central point between the Sales and Product at Haiilo and feedback key prospect/client product requirements to help shape future roadmap

- Become the expert of the competitive landscape and enable internal teams through regular knowledge transfer in the form of documentation, training & presentations.
