Strategic Account Executive

​The Role:

  • Mix of new business and account management. Close new logos and manage them to up-sell and cross-sell. Customer Success will do the adoption and on-boarding of clients but you will keep your accounts to generate more revenue from them.

  • You will be given a target list of accounts within South Europe and Germany. You'll be given all the assets and tools to come up with your strategy for those accounts.

  • SDR support is provided - 1 on 1 ratio, every AE has their own dedicated SDR

  • Marketing support is also available and they generate a pipeline of leads for the AEs

  • Ramp up quota is €500,000. Full year's quota is €700,000.

  • The sales team currently signs lots of deals for €100,000 - €250,000 and they do this in 3 months so there is a massive potential to overachieve and increase your overall OTE.

  • You need to be based commutable to Paris.

The Company:

  • French SaaS scale-up in hyper-growth

  • The sales team hit quota for 8 consecutive quarters!!!

  • Reps make an average of €250,000 - €300,000, targets a small, deal sizes are big and commissions are uncapped!!

  • Just closed their Series C, raised nearly $100M in funding to date

  • Over the past two years they increased the average deal size from €20,000 to €100,000 and they regularly close deals of €150,000 - €250,000

  • Just moved into a fancy and cool new office in Paris

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 - 7 years SaaS sales experience

  • Network in some big key accounts

  • Ideally experience in e-commerce, MarTech or payments SaaS

  • Stable career history!
