Talent Acquisition Manager - SaaS - US remote

The Role

  • The company is hiring 100 people next year. You will play a crucial part in helping them scale in North America

  • Join a team of two in the US: the US HR Manager (hiring manager for this role) and another Talent Acquisition Manager

  • Source and approach candidates across North America for roles such as Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing and technical roles

  • Work with hiring managers on the job descriptions and hiring criteria

  • Manage job ads internally as well as on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

  • Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies

  • Act as an employee advocate while maintaining confidentiality and protecting the company

  • Remote based role anywhere in the US

The Ideal Candidate

  •  2+ years recruiting/ sourcing candidates at high volume 

  • Must have experience recruiting for different roles (sales, marketing, pre-sales, technical)

  •  Have a real sense of urgency in a competitive market

  •  Experience in both agency and corporate recruitment would be ideal but isn't a must

  •  Experience in SaaS/ Software companies would be beneficial

What You’ll Get

  • $70,000 - $100,000 OTE (90/10 split between base and variable)
