· Prospecting new clients and building on these relationships
· Proactively sourcing the best candidates
· Managing the process from the first touch to placement and beyond

The Ideal Candidate:
· You need to be a driven team player with a positive attitude
· If you are a recent graduate, this would be preferable but not essential
· Previous recruitment/sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
