The Role:

  • This is a Technical Account Manager role

  • You will be working with Enterprise and Strategic accounts

  • Your role will be as the point of contact for technical issues post sales and implementation

  • This will involve participating in QBRs with the CSMs when needed

  • You will be based from home in the US

  • You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Worked in a SaaS TAM role for 2 years.

  • You need to read html and CSS.

  • Ideally you will have done debugging

  • You should be based remotely in the US
