Technical Support Engineer

The Role

  • This is a Technical Support role

  • Your role will involve, managing expectations with customers, prioritising issues based on urgency.

  • In this role you will deal with the highest spending clients

  • You will act as a 1st line support and trusted advisor

  • You should have strong time management and organisational skills

  • You can be based anywhere in the US remotely

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We are looking for people with 3-7 years experience in a tech, cloud or SaaS tech support role.

  • You MUST come from broadcast space .

  • Ideally you will have SSAI.
