Vice President Sales

The Role:

  • This is a VP Sales role managing the Sales team

  • You will be based from Toronto, Montreal, Ontario, Ottawa, Hamilton or Burlington

  • You will manage the North America team which is currently 8 AEs

  • This is a first line manager role

  • Deal sizes can range from $200k into the multi-million dollars and take around 6-9 months to complete

The Company:

  • Pre-IPO start up in the Automation SaaS space that is Series A funded

  • They received $12.6min their Series A in 2021 on top of their $2.26m seed round

  • Backed by Bessemer, RPT Global and Golden Ventures

  • They are currently sub-$10m but plan to double ARR this year as well as double their customer base

  • Their customer base already includes 3 of the 4 big banks in Canada

  • It’s a 4 day work week for 3 out of the 4 weeks in a month

The Ideal Candidate:

  • MUST have Enterprise SaaS sales experience.

  • MUST have 3+ years leadership experience as a first line manager

  • Will look at RVP or VP background as long as first line manager
