​VP Marketing

The Role:

  • Take over a small team - the Campaign Manager, an SEO Manager (currently outsourced) and a PR person (currently outsourced).

  • Manage and grow the team. You will hire a PR and Communications Manager to bring PR in-house.

  • Build and execute a marketing plan

  • Drive demand generation for the business

  • Work closely with the sales team and provide them with leads

  • Manage the marketing automation system (Hubspot) including email, nurture campaigns and landing pages

  • Plan and execute online marketing events and workshops

  • Implement an ABM strategy

  • Product and Product Marketing is a separate function led by another VP who owns design and branding.

  • Report to the CEO & Founder of the company

  • Ideally you are based in the Bay Area or in the PST time zone, however any other major city in the US will be considered as well.

  • They have one of the highest customer retention and satisfaction rates in the enablement space

  • They have 110 customers who stay with them.

  • The sales team is tracking at 125% YTD of their quota for 2021

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years B2B marketing,

  • 2+ years managing

  • SalesTech or MarTech - you need to understand the target audience

  • Strong focus on Demand Generation

  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress

What You’ll Get:

  • $180,000 - $225,000 base + 15% bonus, stock options
