VP Marketing
The Role:
This is a VP Marketing role managing the whole marketing function globally
You will be based from Boston for this role
This will involve both managing the existing Marketing function in the UK where there are some leaders that will report directly to you but also building out the US team as required
The team will be around 3-6 in size and will need to be scaled in both the US and the UK
The Company:
Series A start up in the MarTech space
They recently received almost $20m in funding in their Series A
They grew over 65% in the 12 months prior to the funding
Now the plans are to triple headcount across US and EMEA which will mean hiring around 100 people in 18 months
A large portion of the growth will come from the US
This is a chance to build a brand new team that has 0 in it right now with plans to get to 10/15 SDRs. You could become a key leader in the US and wider business
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have 10+ years as a VP Marketing for Enterprise SaaS.
This should be in MarTech or SalesTech
You should have worked for a similar size business - 100-200 employees in size
You should also have management experience
What You’ll Get:
Basic salary: $200,000-$240,000 with a Bonus
