• First marketing hire for the business

• This role comes with global responsibilities

• Cover a variety of marketing aspects:

• Creating a strong brand

• Be in charge of the marketing strategy

• Branding and awareness

• Digital Marketing and Social Media Management - manage platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter

• Content creation

• Building a team when the time is right

• Events

• Working in close collaboration with the sales team

• You can be based anywhere in the US for this role, it's a fully remote role.

• Report into the CEO & Co-founder of the company

• They also invest into projects themselves

• Market making is their biggest business line right now, they have done over 120 massive projects

• They do their due diligence on every partner and don't take on every one who wants to work with them

• They develop their own algorithms and have a world-class engineering team

• They have grown a lot over the past 6 months and are now ready to scale across the globe

The Ideal Candidate

• Crypto background or from FinTech with a strong passion for Crypto

• Branding creation

• Digital Marketing and Social Media Management

• Desire to make a big impact in a small organisation and help scale the business

What You’ll Get

• $200,000 - $270,000 total package, equity
