VP of Sales
The Role:
This is a VP Sales role managing the AE team and SDR team
The focus will be on companies in the Financial Services, Insurance and Banking space
The team will be in the US and UK. The team is around 5 at the moment.
Ideally the team will be grown to 15-20 in total
Your role will be to coach, manage and grow this team including managing an SDR Manager
You will be hands on helping reps to close deals. Deal sizes are around $50k-$100k but can go much higher as you expand the account
You must be based remotely in ET or CT for this role
The Company:
Fast growth start up in the Data space
They have raised around $15m to date
They have grown 300% year over year so far and this year they plan to grow 5X in ARR
A chance to be an early part of the US leadership team
The Ideal Candidate:
You should have sold SaaS to banking, treasury management, payments, merchant services or financial services
OR
You should have sold Data Analytics to sales and marketing teams
You should be based on the East Coast, ideally in New York but that is not essential
What You’ll Get:
Basic: $165,000-$175,000 with a Double OTE
Equity, 401k and Healthcare are all included
