VP of Sales

The Role:

  • This is a VP Sales role managing the AE team and SDR team

  • The focus will be on companies in the Financial Services, Insurance and Banking space

  • The team will be in the US and UK. The team is around 5 at the moment.

  • Ideally the team will be grown to 15-20 in total

  • Your role will be to coach, manage and grow this team including managing an SDR Manager

  • You will be hands on helping reps to close deals. Deal sizes are around $50k-$100k but can go much higher as you expand the account

  • You must be based remotely in ET or CT for this role

The Company:

  • They have raised around $15m to date

  • They have grown 300% year over year so far and this year they plan to grow 5X in ARR

  • A chance to be an early part of the US leadership team

  • The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have sold SaaS to banking, treasury management, payments, merchant services or financial services

  • OR

  • You should have sold Data Analytics to sales and marketing teams

  • You should be based on the East Coast, ideally in New York but that is not essential

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic: $165,000-$175,000 with a Double OTE

  • Equity, 401k and Healthcare are all included
