VP Product
The Role
This is a VP of Product role reporting directly to the CEO
You can be based anywhere in the US for this role
This will involve managing two people to begin with and growing it to a team of 4
Your role will be to help build out the strategy but also to be hands on with the execution as they are early stage
This role manages the whole product lifecycle, end to end.
You will also need to understand the customers feedback and then define the roadmap to improve and incorporate suggestions
You will need to think big picture to help take them from Series A onwards
The Company
Pre-IPO funded SaaS start up who have raised almost $15m so far
Equity is included for the right candidates
They are a mission driven business with a strong advisory support system
There are plans to grow the team significantly this year with the sales team increasing by 10-15 in 2021
The Ideal Candidate
10 years in product role for a SaaS startup.
You must have been with a business that is between Seed-Series C in terms of its size
You must have managed and built teams.
What You’ll Get
Basic: $200,000-$235,000 with a bonus
401k, Healthcare, Unlimited PTO
