VP Sales

The Role:

  • This is a VP Sales role managing a team of net new logo hunters and some farmers too

  • You will be based from Boston for this role

  • The plan is to build a pod of hunters and farmer – the team is currently 4 net new business and 1 AD with plans to add another 3 headcount when you join

  • The reps will have quotas of $750k-$1m in size

The Company:

  • Series A start up in the MarTech space

  • They recently received almost $20m in funding in their Series A

  • They grew over 65% in the 12 months prior to the funding

  • Now the plans are to triple headcount across US and EMEA which will mean hiring around 100 people in 18 months

  • A large portion of the growth will come from the US

  • This is a chance to become the North American VP if successful and grow out the region

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 10 years experience selling SaaS to marketers

  • 5 of those years should be managing hunters with quotas of $750k-$1m in size

  • You should also have start up experience

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic salary: $180,000-$220,000 with a Double OTE
