​VP Sales - FinTech start-up - SaaS - London

The Role:

  • Player Manager – 2 sales reps (based in London) and a third one is joining in January.

  • Grow sales from £1M to £10M over the next 2 – 3 years, grow the sales team to 10 - 15 people to achieve that sales goal - Global hires (North America, Europe & APAC)

  • You will carry your own sales target initially (quota TBC).

  • They tripled their pipeline over the past 6 months so there is lots of closing to do for you when you join.

  • Focus on direct business initially. Work closely with COO who is in charge of marketing and partnership business. Pre-sales support is provided.

  • You need to be able to come to London 2 days a week ideally.

  • Report to the CEO & Co-founder of the company

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 8+ years’ experience in SaaS sales

  • Experience building and leading a sales team

  • Start-up/ Scale-up experience

  • Experience selling to the financial services industry

  • Experience closing deals of £100,000+ and sales cycles of 3 – 6 months

  • You aren’t shy to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty

  • Experience building an international & remote team is beneficial

What You’ll Get:

  • £120,000 base, double OTE, private healthcare, 26 days PTO
