Job Title: VP Sales/Revenue – SaaS – US Wide (East Coast hours)
The Role:
· This is a VP Sales/Revenue role based in the US
· You can be based anywhere remotely in the US as long as you can work ET
· This person will own all ARR including expansion but ultimately this will be on new revenue, eventually it will focus on Account Management too as they grow
· To begin with you will manage 2 in the US and 3 based in India
· The team will target mid-market and Enterprise companies. Mid-market is 200-2k employees and Enterprise is 2k-5k employees
· Average order value is around $30k with sales cycles in the region of 30-60 days. Deal sizes will have some at $100k-$150k on occasion
· This role will be 100% outbound to begin with although there will be some inbound in the future
· Your role will be to grow the business to $10m ARR
The Company:
· SaaS startup that are Series B funded having received $4.5million in an initial round followed by $8m in 2023
· They are creating a category which is a relatively new space for them
· Named a Leader in the G2 report for Video Email and Sales Engagement categories
· Already have over 1 million users on their product
· With revenues last year at around $4mm, the plan is to hit $10 million this year and to continue their hypergrowth
· As an early member of the sales team there could be great growth opportunities.
· This could grow into a CRO role eventually owning CS and Marketing if successful
The Ideal Candidate:
· 12-15 years in B2B sales
· Must have managed B2B SaaS sales teams
· Grown from $1m-$10m ideally up to $30m
· Experience in Account Based sales
· Player coach
· Ideally sold to sales orgs Familiar with ABM
· You MUST have worked with international businesses, cultures and timezones
